All events will be posted on PhilippineFundraisers.blogspot.com, our facebook page, instagram and pinterest accounts. We will try our best to help everyone who would like their fundraisers, benefit shows and/or cause-oriented events to be promoted online for free. To know more about us, please read what we do. Here are a few friendly reminders for posting featured events and merch:

• This site is run by volunteers and we will post as soon as anyone is available. We recommend sending us your event / merch information at least a week before the start of your event to avoid delay.
• We post by queuing whoever sends us a message, on a "first come, first serve" basis.
• All events are subject for review.
• You may follow-up after 3 days or 72 hours after sending us an initial message, if your event is still not on the site.
• Only those with complete information will be posted.
• For cancelled / rescheduled events, please inform us so we can make the necessary announcements / adjustments on the post.

Guidelines in adding an event:
Before you contact us, make sure you have the following information ready [* optional]

• Name of Event
• Host / Organizer
• Contact Person / Contact Info
• Beneficiary / Purpose of the Event
• Location + Date + Time
• Facebook Event Page *
• Description / Write-up
• Flyer / Poster (preferably a hosted image url)
• IMPORTANT: We are focusing more on small events, that need help in promotion, and not backed-up by big sponsorship, corporations and organizations.
  We explicitly DO NOT support any event held/co-organized/sponsored (regardless of the good intentions of the organizers) by Henry Sy, his malls and establishments!

Guidelines to get your Merch featured:

• Make sure part of your proceeds will go to a Filipino beneficiary / Organization
• You may indicate the % of the proceeds that will be given *
• Send us photos of your samples including their description and duration of your fundraising, with your website / facebook page / contact info
• We will only feature merch that are not backed-up by big sponsorship or capitalist corporations and organizations
• Like our Facebook Page *
• If above requirements are met, we will feature your event for a month, on the sidebar of our site, found on all pages. It may be posted for more than a month, depending on the availability of another featured merch.
